AntoLin Cellars 2009 Merlot, Yakima Valley, $22
By Great Northwest Wine on February 22, 2013
This Yakima winery brought in grapes for its Merlot from Konnowac Vineyard, one of the hidden gems of the western Yakima Valley. The resulting wine reveals aromas of Dr Pepper, pomegranate, cigar leaf and spice, followed by flavors of cranberry, Rainier cherry and a bit of raspberry. It’s a delicious wine with sturdy tannins and solid acidity.
Rating: Recommended
Production: 160 cases
Alcohol: 14.6
