Best Buy! Owner/winemaker Phil Cline more than doubled production of his proprietary blend of Viognier (53%), Chardonnay (28%) and Roussanne, which comes from a small vineyard he manages in the Rattlesnake Hills. The frolicking aromas kick out hints of candy corn, piña colada hard candy and banana chips. There are fun flavors of apricot and peach, joined by more tropical notes as the fruit keeps high-stepping through. It’s backed by cleansing acidity to make for a delicious — and affordable — drink. At 1% residual sugar, enjoy with spicy Asian cuisine. This wine earned a gold medal last month at the 2013 Washington State Wine Competition.
