The Williams make this from their Vista site near Finley and leave that fruit unoaked. Aromatics gather up pineapple, dusty pear, dried apple, jicama and fresh-cut celery. Additions of Roussanne (6%) and Viognier (3%) in 100% new French oak build complexity on the palate, which features pleasant flavors of Asian pear, white peach and Gala apple, then a dab of lemon custard in the finish.
