three-rivers-winery-sauvignon-blanc-2012-bottleHolly Turner’s expression in Walla Walla with this white Bordeaux variety from Gamache Vineyard spent seven months in mostly neutral French oak, which explains the whisper of sweet oak in the nose that does not get in the way of the aromas of dusty apple, lemon and thyme.
