This off-dry Riesling from Dave Minick’s multi-generation farm north of Prosser, Wash., starts off with aromas of Gala apple, Jolly Rancher apple candy, green herbs and fresh asparagus. There’s good frontal acidity on the entry that hints at Granny Smith apple and Uncola, and the 3% residual sugar emerges in the finish.
