He founded the eponymous winery and now oversees all vineyards for Seattle-based Precept Wine. His fruit made for a gorgeous nose of dusty lemon, melon, fresh butterscotch, a whiff of petrol and herbs de Provence. There’s a melange of flavors that ranges from Red Delicious apple, pineapple and melon. Its dry finish comes with a fun hint of tutti frutti.
