The property’s winemaker, Katy Perry, knows how to work with fruit from north central Washington after making Lake Chelan her home more than a decade ago. Despite the proprietary name, this is 100% estate Riesling made in an deliciously refreshing style. Both the nose and flavors feature Granny Smith apple, quince, quinine, fresh-cut celery and lime. It’s clean with a touch of residual sugar and serves as a remarkable wine alternative to a tumbler of gin and tonic.
