This lighter-structured Merlot from the Precept Wine portfolio comes with some pedigree as its vineyard sources include the dramatic Wallula Vineyard and Goose Ridge. Aromas feature Rainier cherry, raspberry and cranberry jelly with notes of oregano, bell pepper and fresh cedar. It’s clean and smooth on the entry with flavors of blueberry, cherry and grape jelly, supported by mild tannin and acidity. Enjoy with lean cuts of beef such as marinated London broil or flank steak.
