Their flagship proprietary blend from the 2010 vintage is Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Syrah (25%) and Carménerè, and it produces aromas of blueberry, black currant, lilac, violet, creek stone and crushed oregano. There’s a pleasing continuation of the black currant and blueberry on the palate, along with elderberry. Its structure of one of firm tannins and good acidity, and the drink produces a finish of horehound and lime zest.
