Aromas of plum, chocolate, black walnut, sarsaparilla and cedar transition to a drink that carries notes of red currant, plums and chocolate-covered pomegranate. Chocolaty, fine-grained tannins lead to a pleasing length. This wine earned a silver medal at the 2014 Capital Food and Wine Festival Wine Competition.
