It gets a boost from Syrah (17%) as aromas of blackberry, black cherry, boysenberry and dark chocolate lead to a rich and robust entry of brambleberries. Moderate tannins ease into a long and chocolaty finish. This earned a silver medal at the 2014 Walla Walla Valley Wine Competition.
