The Miller clan’s 900-acre plantings include Runway Vineyard, which produced the Pinot Gris (52%), and their Black Rock Vineyard to the east, home to their Viognier (38%) and Roussanne for this mouthwatering and mineral-laced blend. The nose is reminiscent of Gala apple, pear, slate and rain on dusty county road, which leads to bright and clean flavors of more fresh-cut pears and white peach. Serve with pasta salads, soups featuring vegetable broth or white fish.

Rating: Excellent

Production: 1,500 cases

Alcohol: 13.5%

Where can I s wine in or near Renton WA?
Was planning a trip with Friends to your winery in Yakima. Friends had a family emergency so we’re not coming. I’d like to surprise them with a bottle or two of this one. Also I’d like some !

Joan, we’d suggest giving the winery a call or email. Airfield has a tasting room in Woodinville, so perhaps that is convenient for you.
