Aromas of dusty white peach, dried ginger and honeysuckle include freshly baked bread. There’s a fine thread to the bubbles, which bring a fun and frothy mousse bursting with Jonagold apple, Asian pear, white peach and golden raspberry flavors. All the while, the drink continues to push out mouthwatering acidity to create marvelous balance with the residual sugar (1.2%) and a touch of slaty tannin.

Rating: Outstanding!
