Aromas of cherry candy,  raspberry and watermelon along with notes of grilled peach and cardamom. There’s refreshing acidity on the entry with light notes of red currant, pink raspberry and white strawberry, backed by a pinch of sweet herbs. It is deliciously dry at 0.15% residual sugar, and suggested pairings include spring salads, goat cheese tarts and a grilled herbed chicken.
