NW wines score in Tasters Guild Wine Competition

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Sixteen wines from Pacific Northwest wineries earned gold medals at the 2015 Tasters Guild International Wine Competition.

Spangler Vineyards in Southern Oregon’s Umpqua Valley earned a unanimous double gold and two gold medals. C R Sandidge in Washington’s Lake Chelan American Viticultural Area brought home three golds, as did Naked Winery on the Oregon side of the Columbia Gorge.

The Tasters Guild was established in 1987 and has more than 30 chapters across the country, including one in Portland.
