The Willard family established their Riesling in 1980, making them some of the oldest planted in the Roza near Prosser, Wash. In West Richland, vintners Nicolas Quille and Steven Sealock rely this high-elevation site to produce a bone-dry and stylish Riesling that brings aromas of dusty apple, lemon curd, lime and starfruit. It remains bright and crisp from start to finish, featuring flavors of Granny Smith apple and lime, backed by dusty minerality.
