L’Ecole’s blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (21%), Cabernet Franc (14%), Malbec (5%) and Petit Verdot yields aromas of plum, blackberry, black currant, sweet herbs and chocolate. The drink is bold and chocolaty with nice blackberry, currant and cherries, capped by earthiness, vanilla and milk chocolate.
