Nate Klostermann’s classic program of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay includes 10 percent of the lots going through fermentation in neutral oak barrels. The fine and stylish bubbles bring up aromas of sweet lemon, white peach and pineapple along with clove, ginger and sandpaper. There’s a graceful mouth feel to the delivery of Mandarin orange and Gala apple as juicy tangelo acidity makes for delicious length.
