His dedication to Bordeaux varieties shows with this Right Bank-style blend of Merlot (55%), Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), Cabernet Franc (7%) and Petit Verdot from acclaimed sources such as Ambassador, Boushey, Dineen, Stillwater Creek and Weinbau. Its theme of dusty black currant, dried blueberry, cordial cherry and cigar tobacco offers age-worthy tannins and juicy acidity for dishes such as roasted duck and grilled beef.
