Aromas of pear butter, Golden Delicious apple, almond extract and honeysuckle include a whiff of petrol. The drink is akin to fruit cocktail in a glass with honeyed midpalate. Notes of white pepper and clove help to balance the 4% residual sugar. Enjoy with spicy Asian fare, roasted vegetables or a plate of dried fruits and soft cheeses.
