Enchantee Destination Dinner at The Castle on Destiny Ridge

PATERSON, Wash. — Heaven’s Cave Cellars and chef/sommelier Jason LaBarge are partnering to present the Enchantee Dinner Series at The Castle on Destiny Ridge in the Horse Heaven Hills near Paterson, Wash.
The Castle on Destiny Ridge — perched on the ridge along the Washington Wine River Route — offers spectacular views of the Columbia River and Destiny Ridge Vineyard. The elegant and inviting ambiance of the castle provides the perfect pairing for Chef Jason’s menus.
LaBarge graduated at the top of his class at Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, Ore. He is an ACF certified chef and certified sommelier who focuses on creating a unique dining experience for his guests, paring fine cuisine with fine wines. His menus are seasonal, fresh and inspired, using only the freshest ingredients and spices. His special spice blends were in such demand that he founded LaBarge Gourmet Spices, offering a full line of spice blends for the at-home chef. In pursuit of his personal mission to make the world a better place through food, Chef Jason also established the “Soul Soup Kitchen,” a free soup kitchen for those in need in his community.
Hope Moore also had a vision when she founded her winery, one committed to both crafting exceptional wines and empowering others to make a difference in the lives of youth. Heaven’s Cave Cellars, which is based in Prosser, donates the profits from wine sales to underwrite the expenses of the Make The Dash Count Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit that educates and inspires high school students to become tomorrow’s philanthropic and community leaders thru hands-on grantmaking.

— Guests will be driven from the Courtyard Marriott in Richland on a shuttle complete with a personal guide
— Upon arriving at The Castle, guests will be greeted by wine, hors d’oeuvres and the smooth sounds of jazz
— What follows is a multi-course dinner prepared by Chef Jason, pairing courses with the award-winning wines of Heaven’s Cave Cellars
~ As you enjoy The Castle experience, every detail accounted for, you will meet Chef Jason and winery owner Hope Moore, who have come together to create your exclusive destination dinner
— At the close of the evening, the shuttle will return you to the Marriott.
