Thanksgiving Weekend at Fairsing Vineyard

YAMHILL, Ore. – Please join us for an exclusive seated tasting at Fairsing Vineyard where we will pour the newly released 2014 Sullivan Pinot Noir and our 2014 Dardis Pinot Noir made by acclaimed Robert Brittan.

We’ll pour four additional selections of our estate grown wines. Chef Rebecca Clark will pair selections wines with warm rosemary nuts, blue cheese shortbread with mango chutney, crostini and pate, roasted beet arancini, stuffed mushrooms and dark chocolate brownies.

Reservations required, and please allow one hour for the tasting. Due to the intimacy of our seated tasting, please do not bring children or dogs. Our wine club members and two guests may attend at no charge.

Seated tastings will be at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Book early and save. The seated tasting fee is $25 per person now through Nov. 18 and goes up to $30 from Nov. 19- 27. There will be an additional $15 charge for sharing due to food pairings. One tasting fee waived per two bottles purchased.
