PROSSER, Wash. — Join us in the Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center tasting room to explore the varietals that are approved as components of a Bordeaux-style blend.
We will taste and discuss five straight varietals and one stellar example of a Washington-made Bordeaux-style blend. Appetizers are included in this Clore Center event.
Cost is $30 per person for advance purchases (plus tax). The fee is $35 per person for day-of purchases — if available (plus tax.)
