One of Prosser’s first family-founded wineries continues to produce crisp whites of distinction, and its slightly off-dry version of this Bordeaux variety carries plenty of complexity. The nose starts off grassy and filled with hints at gooseberry, lime juice, Granny Smith apple and a whiff of petrol. Its approach provides delicious lime juicy with a bit of muskmelon that adds its attractiveness at 1% residual sugar.
