Tones of blackberry, chocolate, moist earth, smoked hamhocks and cloves make this a dense, delicious and solid drink to pair well with suggested foods such as smoked wild game and tomato-based stews. This won a silver medal at the 2014 Walla Walla Valley Wine Competition.
