This Corliss sister winery in Walla Walla uses a combination of neutral oak and concrete egg fermentation to transform this white Rhône-style blend of Roussanne, Viognier and Marsanne into a bright and fruit-filled drink. It starts with a green and grassy nose of Granny Smith apple, lime juice and lemongrass, backed by Bosc pear, apricot and gooseberry flavors.
