By on April 14, 2015

apex-cellars-sauvignon-blanc-bottleOne of Precept Wine’s premier properties, Ron Bunnell continued his stunning tradition with a Pacific Northwest expression of Sauvignon Blanc in this bottling from the Prosser winery’s proven sites within Willard Farms, Oasis and A&R vineyards. Vibrant aromas of gooseberry, lime juice and Granny Smith apple carry into a structure that hints at yellow grapefruit, starfruit and passionfruit, backed by flecks of minerality. Pleasing weight strikes a delicious balance that makes this more approachable than many New World versions of this white grape from Bordeaux.
